This book is so loved and well known amongst yoga teachers. Students often ask me for this title when I read passages in our sessions.
The only body oil that doesn’t ruin my clothes! This is purely divine. It takes dry skin and transforms it to shiny, soft, supple skin. It’s an award winner for a reason.

Homemade Laundry Detergent
Mix one box borax, one box super washing soda, and one cup of epsom salts with a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Use 1-2 tablespoons of this dry mix per load of laundry.
